ratio

whats the quickest way to calculate the ratio's when you mix oils? for example, i have 7ml of 100ml/cc of prop in one jar and 15ml of 50ml prop + 50ml fina per cc in another jar. if i were to mix the two, what would be the resulting ratios? i know i'd have 22ml total of 1450ml prop and 750ml...
