I am 5'10" 175lbs. Can you guys give me a few ways to somewhat easily get the 250g+ daily protein requirement in. My work schedule varies daily so some days are harder than others but what are some easier ways to get that protein in?
I know I should be getting at the very least 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight to support muscle growth and similar requirements for carbohydrates, but my question is should I stick to this every day or just on days when I'm lifting? Thanks in advance.
