What would be a healthy breakfast that I can transition to?
I want to start eating more healthy
I'm currently 28% body fat and I weigh about 270 pounds
a typical breakfast for me now is a coffee and pancakes
I read that people who stop eating sugar will stop craving it after a while. Does anyone have personal experience with this and how long did it take you? I had a few pancakes and snickers candy bar over the weekend and now I am craving more of it. Do you think it is an addiction or something...
