I’m looking for your advice on using BPC for 12 weeks. What is your advice on the best way to use it? I would love to run it 500 mcg a day. Do you think that it would work well or do you think I’m making a big mistake running it?

I was sawing a lot over the weekend and my hand took a beating. It hurts especially the middle part of my hand. I want to heal up my hand as soon as possible. Bpc157 seems like a good one. Should I inject 200mcg directly into my hand? Or should I take it another way?
