injection first cycle

So when I am getting the air bubbles out of the syringe, I get all of the bubbles out, all except for one small bubble right before the needle. I read somewhere that it takes 10 cc to kill someone, I was just wondering if its supposed to be there or if there is something i can do to get rid of...
