I’m so sick of the typical bodybuilder meal of chicken, brown rice, and broccoli

It’s not so much that the food is Bland to me but it’s more that I’m just bored eating the same thing every day
any ideas of what I can switch to that would be more...
Looking to trim up and not sure how much rice I am supposed to eat everyday or if at all. Would it be best to just cut off all carbs entirely or are sweet potatoes and brown rice gonna make sense.
How much of these do you guys eat everyday? Give me an estimate
