Is this a good diet for gaining muscle?
I am trying to gain around 25 LBS of muscle in the next 3-4 years and I  need a good BodyBuilding diet. Right now, the only thing I eat in my  meals is; 2 - low fat, whole grain waffles, 1/4 cup sugar free syrup,  and 1 - 5 oz chicken patty, 1 scoop...
