So I would like to try to add some type of butter to my bread as a snack in between lunch and dinner. Different options. These are the options that I have in my grocery store: Peanut butter Almond butter Sunflower seed butter Soy butter Cashew butter Which one would you recommend?

I am starting to eat more nuts but they are really expensive. My local grocery store sells them per pound for like 13 or 14 dollars. How can I buy them in bulk to save money and what do you recommend I eat them with. Do you guys usually just eat them plain or do you roast them or anything like that
