First time was Simple Assault. Got dismissed for lack of evidence.

Second time was 4 months ago for...
Possession of Dangerous Drugs
Possession of Drugs without a Prescription
Possession of Drug Paraphenalia (sp?)
Endangerment
Misconduct with a Weapon

Haven't heard shit from the prosecutor's office since my arrest. I guess they are waiting for lab test results to come back.
