New pics - 6 weeks apart

My cheap ass wont pay so there small, but i can see the thong picture :p

Ok i basically follow this everyday:
m1
Oats with water, whey
m2
Low fat cottage cheese with natural peanut butter mixed in and an apple
m3
Chicken and salad with low fat dressing
m4
protein shake and strawberries
m5
lean meat and mixed veges - no starchy carb
m6
protein shake with water

Workouts are as follows:
MON - AM 20 mins jog
PM - CHEST & BACK

TUES - AM 50 min circuit class

WED AM 30 mins bike
PM - DELTS & ABS

THURS AM 50 min circuit class
PM - LOWER BODY

FRI AM - 20 min jog
PM - BICEPS & TRICEPS

SAT - REST

SUN - Body attack class or circuit high intensity

Seems to be working great i think.

i might get in trouble for asking this, but did you have a boob job in these six weeks? or a good pushup bra?

just 8 pounds? big difference for just 8! sincerly, you look bad in your before pics. But now you're looking hot! keep up the good work, keep loosing fat. Then start to focus on muscle and you'll rock!

I am 5'10" 135lbs
Waist 25"
thighs 22.5"
hips 37.5"
Calves 14.5"
Chest 35"
biceps only 11" :(

Did i miss anything? Not sure about my body fat. Will get it tested. I think I'm around 20% though. My goal is 13%.

I've now included an ab pic.

you look great. That is some are some amazing changes in 6 wks. And ill tell ya look like you lost more then 8lbs.
