urm deloaded squats and deads by quite a lot so they are very low atm, bench is doing nice though.
Last weights I moved were
Dead - 182lbs x 8
ATG Squat - 198lbs x 3
Flat Bench 176lbs x 4
My PR's are: Squat 225 x 4. Dead 245 x 6, Flat BB 176 x 4
