What are you currently benching & for how many reps. Tell me what your weekly training routine is - ie. days training what bodyparts, what the exercises are, and what weights & rep schemes are used? With that info I can start helping you. Oddly enough benching was not my specialty till I retired from bodybuilding for awhile & got into it. I do allot of odd things for my bench training & am not going to confuse you just yet with it - first I want to see what you are doing... Pushing to hard is not always a bad thing it just depends on what you are pushing yourself to hard in & is it pertinant to what you are trying to accomplish.

Just wanted to drop in and say thank you for welcoming me to the forum. I am looking forward to chatting with all of you. Also, thanks regarding my 330 bench - that was last year. When I am done with the Masters Nationals in July I will start preping for my next meet - shooting for a 400 bench in the 148's or 165's. I will keep all posted. You asked about help with your bench - ASK AWAY...

Also, keep an eye out as I will be posting my training journal & updating it daily...

Emotion is the strongest component of forming your Reality. Puddles, ignorant/yet not ignorant completely, and playing dumb/ has sent me the Killers Evil Video in My Karma... I do not want that Symbolic Form of Violent Destruction in my Karma looking at me, I come here to be at ease. I mean this aint Church, but I don't want Religion Bashing/ calling out the Divine/ due to ignorance... Please, remove Puddles's Joke, which has a degree of truth and darkness on it. Thanx, Neffy for getting my back. In the namegame thread, when I have time, I'm already playing catchup right now to academic duties, and slipping, I will compare and contrast your offline first name to the online name.
