hi, i took dianabol 30mg for 5weeks and then nolvadex 3weeks. how long should i take off? 1month? 2months?

Looking to shed approximately 50 lbs. Committed to doing this through hard work and proper supplementation. Never used gear before and was looking for a recommendation of what start with how much and for how long? What products should I graduate to after my first beginer cycle? When do you cycle off, for how long, and what should I take? Any recommendations for the novice is greatly appreciated
