Thought I would start a log to give me a little extra accountability and motivation plus get some valuable input from the community about things to optimise or improve upon along the way
The story so far summarised;
I’ve always struggled being overweight and then dieting down and essentially yoyo-ing up and down.
During COVID lockdowns I got to my heaviest by trying to eat myself into an early grave and was in a terrible mental space as a result.
I ended up blowing up to 124kgs, and finally thought enough is enough.
Bought some equipment to set up a home gym and started doing daily training and walks around my neighbourhood. I started monitoring calories and macros and managed to get from 124kgs to approx 95kgs and then as low as 83kgs when lockdown needed
Fast forward to 2025 I ended up getting some decent injuries including an AC joint separation and a partially torn rotator cuff from training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Because I’m an idiot I kept trying to train through this and only compounded the issues and ended up having to take a decent amount of time off training, add to this a holiday to Japan meant I ended up back at 100kgs and again hating my reflection.
Upon my return I bit the bullet on trying peptides and ended up starting BPC157 and TB500 to try and heal the injuries and Reta in November 2025 which I have been on since.
Test has been added to the mix since February 2026 as well as Primo for e2 control and for some cosmetic benefit.
Current stats as follow;
Age: 34
Height/Weight: 76.5kgs @ 186cm (or 168lbs @ 6’0 in freedom units)
Goal: recomp/reverse diet for the next couple of weeks before kicking off a lean growth phase
I’ll be doing this in phases and titrating the test and GH as well as adding NPP into the mix for joint support.
I will add peptides such as KLOW or BPC/TB where necessary
Current Anabolic Stack;
280mg Test C/week (40mg pinned daily)
140mg Primo E/week (20mg pinned daily)
105mg Tren A/week (105mg pinned daily) - have added this two weeks ago, will be dropped soon but so far no sides
3.6iu GH daily
Peptides:
4mg Tirz/Week*
4mg Reta/Week*
*both of these will be tapered out ahead of the growth phase, I may keep Tirz in for some insulin sensitivity benefits but will see.
I’ve gotten used to seeing my abs now after not seeing them since I was 17 so while I understand fat gain is inevitable I ideally want to minimise this as much as possible
Diet:
Im going to apologise in advance for this, its going to be very basic with the bulk of it being chicken and rice
Starting off @ 2700-2800 calories and then pushing the caloric lever as necessary
I’ll be doing higher calorie days whenever I train BJJ so will probably hover around 3200 calories to offset the caloric expenditure
Training:
AM:
Fasted Cardio 30-45 minutes (daily)
Push/Pull/Legs split, done twice a week
PM:
Jiu Jitsu 2 days a week, sometimes back to back with an MMA class.
Goals;
I’ll be aiming to do 1-3 updates per week and providing an outline on;
Training
Nutrition
Steps
Mental State/Drive
Sleep
BP
PEDs/Peptides
Health supplements/ancillaries
Bloods will be done every 8 or so weeks
Some photos of where I begun last year around this time to now

Goals;
- Put on some quality mass and get strong, aiming for 90kgs. This might be a stretch but f*ck it

- Stay Healthy and as lean as possible to make sure the cut that follows doesn’t need to be a drawn out process
- Keep cardio fitness as high as possible/ performance at Jiu Jitsu needs to stay consistent if not improve
