I've been taking Winstrol for 4 weeks but my hair loss is getting super bad. I'm currently on testosterone and I'm also taking some EQ with it.
I want to switch to something that can give me similar results but without the hair loss. Do you think I should switch to something like proviron or something like masteron?
I'm 32 years old. This is the first time I've experienced hair loss. I'm 85 kg and 6'1".
Well, if you're someone who suffers from male pattern baldness then any dht derivatives are going to be working against you. Full stop.
There's no point taking something that's already causing you dramas only to introduce another drug to compensate for the issues
you're creating in the first place.
What's the actual goal you're trying to achieve by taking Winstrol?
Winstrol is predominantly used as a finishing or polishing compound by stage competitors. Don't confuse that with it being some magical cutting drug that's going to strip body fat off you.
Anabolics primarily promote muscle growth and retention. They don't directly burn body fat in any meaningful capacity. Even where indirect effects on fat metabolism exist, those pathways aren't significant enough to justify chasing short term fat loss through additional androgen exposure.
If your goal is to get leaner then that's achieved through a calorie deficit. Get your nutrition structured properly and control your food intake. There are pharmacological approaches targeting appetite regulation and fat metabolism, but they come with their own risks and aren't substitutes for a deficit, they're assistance tools.
Ultimately, I just don't see the justification for introducing a compound that's potentially going to accelerate your hair loss when the result i feel you're chasing can be achieved without it.
