Now that I have my BMI down, I need to get my lean mass up. I need to get back what I lost on Reta and I'd like to add an additional 10 lbs. After looking at many peptides and whatnot, I think TRT is the safest and most likely to work option. I will be getting tested for my testosterone levels; I'm curious where they are at 50yo and considering I was never a buff guy.
I think I may also include IGF-1 LR3, and maybe RAD-140 too, but now I have to be careful of negative health effects. Would you all recommend adding either or both of these?
Next, I need to not shrink my boys. There are a lot of medications and supplements listed for this: Clomid, Nolvadex, HCG, DHEA, Tongkat Ali, etc... Do I have to take several or will one do? Is the item(s) I should take during TRT, if any, the same as post? I would like to spend the least amount possible to get the job done.
