There are several protocols. The standard protocol is most common, while an aggressive protocol is used for severe injuries.
We will focus on the standard protocol dosage.
Weeks 1-2: BPC-157 500 mcg daily, TB-500 2.5 mg daily.
Weeks 3-4: BPC-157 250 mcg twice daily, TB-500 2 mg three times per week.
Weeks 5-6: BPC-157 250 mcg daily, TB-500 1.5 mg twice per week.
Weeks 7-8: BPC-157 250 mcg daily. TB-500 is discontinued; taper is complete.
Inject BPC-157 subcutaneously as close to the injury as possible. For knee tendons, inject above or below the patella. For shoulder injuries, inject into the subcutaneous tissue of the deltoid near the rotator cuff.
TB-500 should be injected subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or deltoid. Because TB-500 works systemically, the injection site is less critical than with BPC-157. Rotate injection sites to prevent lipodystrophy.
