Looks like it recovered well. Did you use any compounds to support the recovery?
Hey Ted, Just Test and BPC at the time was going to add TB500 but healing has going well so didn't.

I did take it slow and do the rehab right, lots of band work and cables focusing on the muscle min connection

The Test and BPC did their job, but credit to you for taking it slow and sticking to the rehab. Doing it properly and not rushing back is the smart thing to do.

This week so far..

Felling really good, seem to get to week 3 after my most recent TRT shot and a sense of wellbeing / invincibility kicks in. Have been smashing good quality sessions in the gym, lots of comments on how I am looking ( mostly dudes as usual, occasionally my wife ) When I get my carbs right pre workout and the veins are popping across the shoulders and chest it feel amazing.

Now with all that being said I have to fight the internal battle and remember I am training for a tournament where none of the mirror muscles are going to make the tags for me or still be sprinting with 5 mins left in the game. So adopting a different approach in the gym for now. Will only be 3 weights sessions and the rest will be working on engine will keep you updated with these work outs.

Getting closer to 50 I am hoping the addition of HGH will help with the recovery from some of the gruelling sessions. So many days when i think i am getting too old for this shit but love for the game and mate ship keeps me pushing.

For push and pull I have implemented FST-7 work out plan ( open to opinions on this ) Will be push Monday legs Wednesday Pull Friday aiming to get the most out of these sessions with quality and a bit of volume

Push this Monday

Incline Barbell Press : 4 × 6–8 - 80kgs
Flat DB Press : 3 × 8–10 - 100kgs
Decline Machine Chest Press : 3 × 10–12 - 120kgs
Cable Fly FST-7 : 7 × 10–12 - 12kgs
Shoulders

Reverse Pec Deck : 3 × 15–20 - 75kgs
DB Lateral Raises FST-7 :7 × 10–12 - 15kgs and drop if fatigued

Legs this Wednesday Workout
Cardio : 20 mins steady state cardio treadmill incline at 12 speed at 4km
Leg Extensions : 2 warm up sets 4 working sets – 75kgs
Narrow heel elevated squats : 3 x 12 – 60kgs
Seated calf raises : 3x12 - 80kgs
Hip Abductor : 3 x 12 – 60kgs
Legs will be light as i have a sprint session on Saturday and Oz tag training Sunday

Still running BCP -157 500mcg daily 5 days on 2 off and hopefully adding in the HGH soon

Working on some updated photos, not my strong point might have to ask one of the kids..
