Week 11 - The Final Update
Its with a heavy heart that I have to post that this is my last post for this log.
I've reached the limit of what I can do around my shoulder injury from the motorcycle crash.
I can't in good conscience continue when I cannot train to any respectable standard. Due to living in remote regional Australia, my access to specialised medical services is limited and the waitlist is long.
So for now, this is the end of my journey. I will continue lurking the forums and hopefully ill be back once i've got my shoulder sorted.
I am eternal grateful for the experience and have the deepest gratitude for it all who shown any interest in my log. I was able to totally turn my body around. I was a chubby dad who barely trained. In the time i've been here i've gotten the leanest and fittest i've ever been. I'll miss doing this, and its going to fuel me in my recovery.

I want to thank
@Prymal for being my first sponsor and getting me started here.
I want to extend a very special thanks for
@Onyx Labs for also taking me on and providing me with a number of awesome products.
Additionally, i want to thank
@True-Blue-Peptides for letting me try a vial of his HCG. That short 3 week run took my Total test from 20 nmol/l to 35 nmol/l. When im back to full power, i will hopefully return with a log dedicated to HCG monotherapy, as there isnt much information about that on the forums.

Hit up
@Onyx Labs for all your need!
I know i'll be having to put in an order soon. Godforbid I actually spend some money for once.
I wish to leave you all with this prayer for hope and recovery;
"Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a weary heart, seeking Your gentle touch of recovery and the bright light of hope. When weakness surrounds me and the road ahead feels long, be my refuge and my strength.
Grant me the courage to face each new day, the patience to trust in Your perfect timing, and the inner peace to quiet my anxieties. Heal every broken place within my mind, body, and spirit. Fill the empty spaces of my heart with an unshakable confidence that restoration is possible.
Walk beside me on this journey, lift my heavy burdens, and remind me that I am never alone.
In Your holy name, I pray.
Amen."
