I have a question about food poisoning. I tend to get it every now and then. I end up getting really sick, throwing up, and having lots of diarrhea for two or three days. It seems like it hits me hard. What do you do when you get food poisoning and you eat something you shouldn't have? Is there something that you do or you take to help with it?
