The problem is the specialist is over two hours away. I would like to get some information first before I make an appointment and have to drive all that way. You think that a typical dosage for females would be like 25 mg a day or something else?
The most important thing is you get legit testosterone, as a female or as a male, but especially as a female, so this way you know it's dosed correctly. This is why I recommend domestic supply.

Generally women need 10mg A WEEK - for TRT, some even less.
The problem is if it is injectable form , test vials are usually 200-250mg/ml making it very hard to dose correctly and have a needle long enough to go IM. You may be able to find a provider that has 50mg/ml specifically for females - otherwise it is gels/creams for women.
If you are in the U.S I think there are plenty of tele-health options

Women is more of a HRT thing than TRT.
HRT can include test - maintain/increase muscle mass and improve libido.
My wife is 50 and wants to try test gel
but no Aussie vendor has it at the moment that I can see. Sassy had some months ago but 10 pack only.
She doesn’t want to do any injections and her new hrt doctor only prescribes injections.
Her gp did prescribe the estrogen gel that she was on before with previous hrt dr but won’t proscribe test gel.
She also doesn’t want to try orals - low dose Anavar .
Don’t know if test u capsules are an option or are to high a dose it looks like ?

Way too high a dose. And Anavar is not for hrt. Either pin femtest or find a doc who will prescribe test gels
Might have to try one of the online mht/hrt clinics
you can get gels from overseas - but from what I've seen its all male doses
