Do you guys like deca at 300 mg or 400 mg?

Was wondering about your preferred deca dosage. I'm looking to use it with Sustanon and possibly some Proviron. Do you like it more at 300 mg a week or 400 mg a week? I would like to get more size and strength to my frame and keep side effects mild. I'm 33 years old and this will be my second cycle.

how much sust? Usually a 500mg Sust/3-400mg Deca dose is quite common. I have gone 400 in the past and liked it, but for just your second cycle play it safer at 300mg - just keep in mind the long half life so your cycle would need to be a decent length. If you want to keep it shorter use NPP instead

Deca is a great option because it's really good for boosting appetite. 300-400 mg a week is pretty standard.

Bros, you'll get great results on deca. I like deca and dbol. Those are my favorites.

Best bulking stack is from Domestic Supply. I would go with their DECA and testosterone option, or you go with DECA and Sustanon. Either one is going to work really well.

Minimise the risk of too high prolactin and having the dreaded “deca dick” keep your libido in check.

Naturally a huge spike in prolactin is what is released after sex and that’s why your dick goes soft and can’t get hard again straight after . You don’t want this for everyday.

- Deca 300 mg a week
- Testosterone 400 mg a week
- Dianabol at 20 mg a day

Make sure you're using an AI on a cycle like this. It can cause a lot of water retention. You don't want to have issues with gyno.

For a second cycle with your goals 300mg is the smarter starting point. You still get solid size and strength gains, joint relief, and the sides stay manageable. 400mg works well too but you're also ramping up prolactin and potential water retention noticeably.What's your Sustanon dose looking like? That'll matter more for the overall result than the difference between 300 and 400 on the Deca side

p.s. Proviron is a good call in that stack, it'll help with libido and keep SHBG in check which is something Deca can mess with

Well, if this is your first time using the stack, the old rule is half the amount of Deca that you are taking for your test. So if you are using 500 Sust you would be taking 250 Deca.
