It's important with these healing peptides to also do your homework. You should be stretching, warming up, and doing mobility work as well for them to be most effective.
A lot of people are transitioning to the KLOW peptide stack. It includes BPC and TB500 but it also includes GHK and KPV as well. It's a great healing stack.

BPC and TB-500 stack is solid for recovery, good choice combining them since they work through different mechanisms and complement each other well. On the dosing - 1mg EOD of each is on the higher end honestly. Most people see good results with BPC-157 at 250-500mcg daily and TB-500 at 2-2.5mg twice a week. Throwing 1mg EOD of both simultaneously is not dangerous but you are probably spending more than you need to. Common protocol that works well is frontloading TB-500 at 2mg twice a week for the first 4 weeks then dropping to once a week as maintenance. BPC you can run daily throughout at 500mcg.
12 weeks is fine, some people run BPC shorter at 8 weeks and cycle off. TB-500 responds well to longer runs.
