With females and males alike, it's important to use a good source. Especially for females, if you use a bad source and get fake gear, you can end up hurting yourself. That's why I recommend domestic supply.
post up some photo's etc - sometimes what you perceive as 'a lot of loose skin' is in reality not that bad and putting on some muscle and size (not too much of course) is all you need.
