Do you think tirzepatide would work well for someone who's 25% body fat?

I'm 38 years old, 25% body fat. I have the classic dad bod. Would like to cut down and get leaner. It would be nice to have a flat stomach. Interested in using tirzepatide. How much tirzepatide should I go with? Should I go with 1 mg a week or should I push it to 2 mg a week for the first 4 weeks?

Tirzepatide should be done at 1-2 mg the first 4-8 weeks. Then from there you can gradually start increasing it. You don't want to go too hard too fast.

I would graduate to retatrutide instead. It's a triple agonist. Tirzepatide is just a double agonist and you'll get better results.

Hi new here but i did Tirz and lost 50lbs in about 7 months followed the the following schedule 2.5 mg first month then to 5mg from there on. I hit a stall and what worked for me was 5 mg every 5 days. Personally i did not like reta at all but just me.

I think Tirzepatide is fine here:
- 1 mg the first four weeks
- 2 mg the next four weeks after that
- Then you can increase it to 3 or 4 mg if you feel the need.

These types of drugs should be ran carefully the first couple months because you could deal with a lot of side effects. Nausea could be a big issue.

Bros, you're not gonna go wrong with Tirzepatide. It's one of the best options out there. I got a lot of love for it between 2 and 4 mg a week.
