I'm a female who doesn't have much strength. I don't weigh very much; I'm 115 lb and I can bench the bar plus about 5 or 10 lb on each side. I would like to get stronger. It's pretty embarrassing to go to the gym and only be able to do that much.
Should I be using RAD and ostarine? Are those good options? I tried LGD and I started getting a little angry and it didn't do much for me. I'm 42 years old.
