So I checked in with coach this morning. Things are moving on the right track. Zero changes. Weights dropping and gym performance is still where it needs to be. Lifts are actually progressing, even on TRT and I'm in a deficit. Serriously the mito supercharge stack from @HeliosLabs has turned me into a furnace! A few check in photos below. 81.4kg today!

Bloods were drawn this morning too fasted.

Hey everyone

This is today shoulders and triceps log. I was due for legs but I don't feel fully recovered so I didn't want to send it and not get the maximum out of my workout till I know I can totally overload them again. Me and coach going through my stuff at check ins and see how we are going.

Much love everyone sorry I had to cardio in after my session and was running out of time so I didn't get any pump pics.
