Training:
I follow the top set back off set training module. I like to follow guys like Kuba cielen, Jordan Peter's and John Jewett.
Currently get 5 sessions a week in: Push, Pull, legs, upper, lower and 3x 30 min cardio sessions a week

Diet: Clean bodybuilders diet: rice, chicken , beef, venison, kangaroo, tuna, cream of rice, sourdough, whey protein, yogurts and veggies.

Daily Caloric Intake:
2600

Macronutrient Split:
Protein 260
Carbs 275
Fats 50

Supplements:
Fish oil 5g daily
Citrus bergamot 500mg daily
Berberine 500g daily
Nac
Injectable carnitine
Vitamin D/ K2/ B3
Glutathione when needed
Whey protein
Copious pre workout
Karbolyn intra workout
Creatine HCL
Eztetimbe 10mg
Telmesartin 40mg daily am

Blood Work:

Last bloods were 6/7 weeks ago. Next week I am due.

Do you plan to do Pre, Mid and Post blood test during your cycle: Yes

Currently:

175mg test e total split 3x weekly doses
4iu GH nightly
4mg Reta weekly
MT2
Mots C 2mg daily
SLU 25mg twice daily
Methylene blue 10mg daily

Cycle Goals:
To get peeled and then start a growth phase when primed for growth

Compounds Planned for Use:

Up to coach I will update as peds are brought in.

Cycle Length:

Untill things need fixing or goals are achieved

I am a shift worker and father of three. Primary goal is to compete one day in the near future just getting lean and then large ATM.
