Yes. I just started it a few months ago. Im an disabled vet and I'm trying to get myself back to being myself after years of alcohol and drugs (well the drugs were prescription opiates that I never abused just used. VA stopped giving vets pain meds so I had to get off them).

I've got young kids at 45 and I saw myself getting very very old very very quick and started talking to the VA, but even with 200 test levels for 3 years straight they said it wasn't low enough for treatment. So I went to petermd. I feel so much better, energy, libido and SLEEP! I've lost weight and now feel comfortable getting back in the gym.
I do some very light armor and shoulder stuff with dumb bells but that's really it.
Petermd is great but it's so expensive to get basically no service. So I'm probably just going to buy it thru DS from now on.

Considering hgh as well. I read it does a great job with building core muscle, which is what i want for my back. Not really into body building just want to feel and look good again, so that I live as long as possible lol.

I have been looking into getting my wife on hormones. Now that my libido is through the roof she is wanting her old libido back as well so looking unti options for her. Mostly for energy and libido, she would do light lifting but nothing crazy. She very much against looking muscular like female body builders.
I see yall are very much against females taking TRT. Why is that? This is the only place I've read negative reviews on it for females. Literally every where else says it's great.

Would a different thing work better? I've read anavar but I don't know much about any of this so I'm not really sure.

Good to hear you’re turning things around and feeling better, that’s a solid win already. TRT makes sense for you, and GH or even peptides like ipamorelin and CJC-1295 could help with recovery, sleep, and that leaner midsection you’re after bro
For your wife, start with labs first and consider low-dose DHEA or pregnenolone before touching androgens like test or anavar since those can cause irreversible changes fast, like nasty hair bro lol

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
