Fun fact either i am shrinking or the doctors had it wrong before, had a check up yesterday.

Height 5'10 and 3 quarters lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜‚
Weight 242.4

i am up 2.4lbs meaning a 12.4lb net gain on cycle so far since starting.

Today went excellent for my push day very pleased with the sets/reps and the weights today.

I walked into the gym owner and co-owner was at the check in desk, first thing the co-owner said to me was holy shit look at the arms on this guy, most people would kill to have arms that look like that.

i said yeah i wish people would notice the rest of me, making a joke, he said your not looking at yourself correctly, since you started here with us you have done nothing besides improving your physique, if you could see what i see, you would understand.

i said well my legs are behind, he said yogr leg growth is perfectly fine youve improve them alot more than you even see or realize, you are more proportional now then youve ever been, and you look lean and big for your height and weight.

He stated its a difficult thing to balance the mental side of all of this and what you see, i also said well im doing physique for the leg thing, he said thats a huge mistake you have no idea how good you can do or become if youd just switch gears and go into classic physique, your structure says classic not mens physique your wasting your time and talent.

I was more so blown away by everything he told me, it all hit me like a brick, i need to change my mindset and how i view myself, i asked him what do u think about tren, he looked at me and said you dont need it i believe you can win without it with how hard you work and how you respond with what you've been taking the milder compounds, said my growth has been incredible watching it happen.

Step one share this because i have enough courage to finally admit this openly, i scheduled appointments to begin seeing a therapist so i can get my mind right, my mood right and become the best version of myself first and secondly the best bodybuilder i can be with chasing after my goals, thats step one. I held off on doing this for so long because i was afraid id look weak or like a failure i could fix my own damn self, after having a heart to heart with @BeMe he inspired me to do this and gave me the courage and outlook to take this step. I feel venerable sharing this, but i believe in full transparency so im putting myself out in the open.

By putting this off for so long beme helped me realize im carrying this unneeded weight on my shoulders and creating a roadblock i cant get around on my own, because of his backing understanding and support when i came to him and had a conversation, im going for it and getting this out of my life so i no longer hhold myself back in life and carry what ive been holding onto since childhood.

Step two ive always had tightness in my lower back due to tight hips, pelvis and legs in general, i will be seeing a physical therapist and getting my body right as well, i cant see this through completely if i dont take care of my mobility and body.

Step three i have schedule a sleep study that will be done this winter so i can make sure my body is completely rested or right, if something is off i will do what is required to rest and recover completely, never had a sleep study done i think its appropriate.

Step 4 put everything together and create the building blocks for success now and moving forward in the presence and further.

@domestic-supply.com

I absolutely crushed this pull day i went harder and further in the gym then ever before, i just after opening up and admitting i needed help, i was finally able to put all that hurt and pain into the iron and i realized i am more capable of breaking past all mental and physical barriers holding me back, i just felt this wave come over me and i figured out how to channel it into my trianing, i just couldn't be stopped, i took off the limiting factor being my mind and went for it.

I up my reps and i upped my weights i upped my sets on everything. It felt really damn good ro train unchained and putting hurt into fuel and didn't let my foot off tbe throttle.

All these awesome and wonderful things have started happening after putting it out into the universe, im here for it, time to heal time to get right time to become a champion in life and in my mission, long term bigger picture goals for me and my life πŸ’ͺ

I will be putting my push and pull sessions in this update as i think everyone missed my pull day or didnt see it when i posted it for this week.

I wanted to start out with something that made me realize ive changed more physique wise than i thought, haven't seen my buddy who is the other competitor at my gym in bodybuilding, last time i saw him was 4 months ago, he saw me and said wtf are on you right now, you look like a completely different human, you are fucking huge right now.

he grabbed my bicep cracked a joke and said ok just checking make sure those are real and not synthol injections, made me laugh pretty good lol. He told me excellent work man you look way leaner as well, he gave me the validation that what im doing is really working, just helps me stay positive about myself and locked in.

I am on a brand new path and jounery, as i sit back and reflect ive come into the realization my body was strong my mind was the weak point, im taking steps with switching up major aspects and routines in my life so i can strength my mind and find my inner peace and happiness.

I have noticed since realizing i had issues and problems and putting it into the universe and seeking the healing and help ive needed for many years, lots of positive things are happening and clicking for me.

I realized i put my mind in a box and it was holding me back in my training and how i viewed myself, these past few workouts ive realized how amazing it truly feels training unchained and not doubting myself or letting fear guide me.

This will sound silly for some, incline bench has always been my weakness, ice only been trianing it for a few weeks now, in those weeks ive gone up 45lbs i weight and hit 145lbs for 10 clean reps, i actually felt myself getting emotional after i hit the lift, i realized in that moment just how much fear dictated my life and along with doubt, once i trained with a positive mindset the lbs and reps went up, belief in oneself is a much more powerful tool than i thought.

im changing wll routines that are negative and turning them into healthy ones and providing much more strict structure.

Im trying to become the best version in life of myself and the best version of a bodybuilder i can be and win at both aspects in life.

@domestic-supply.com

Current Weight 240.6lbs
Height 5'11

Most i gained while on cycle 15lbs lost 5lbs so current gain of 10.6lbs that has consistently held firm.

Current peds is simple

300 test split into 100mg injections 3 times a week, utilizing a 29g 1/2 slyn pin rotating side delts and ventro glute, basically a shallow IM injection, working amazing so far.

I have bloodwork Nov 10 2025 so dropped back down on doses and preparing for my cycle in January.

Been off all orals for over 4+ weeks now also dropped the food down a bit and calories dialed back a fair amount, just maintaining what i have built while adjusting with the new job.

50mg EQ split into two injections 25mg each

there is a reason its so low, i guess tuning into my podcast you will find out what im doing and why im doing it... oh damn another cliff to hang off of for everyone, what a shame lol.

BREAKING NEWS NOAH HAD HIS FIRST WORKOUT SINCE CHANGING CAREERS!!!

No i didn't join a cult or get abducted lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜‚

I am calling this post my resurrection what was once who i was is no longer who i am from a depression stand point and just believing in myself finally has made such a profound positive impact on my mind and my jounery.

Always am going to do this @BeMe
i love ya brother couldn't have done this or be who or where i am today and how far i have come in my happiness and positivity in my mindset and attitude, yeah i know blah blah blah you did it yourself bro, dont want to hear it man lol, truly you helped me get here brother and i am forever grateful to call you family.

Everyone can chill out now im not dead jeesh, although i appreciate everyone being on my backside about updates and accountability. I am very much alive mofos, anywhoo i got a great update for everyone.

I was graciously invited back onto the evolutionary.org podcast bright and early tomorrow, i promise no cliffhangers i will be upfront and honest and open with steve and mobster on anything they would like to ask me.

I really enjoy getting to spend time with steve and mobster as i have a ton of respect for both of them and really enjoy my time with talking together with those guys.

I guess if you dont want a cliff hanger you will just have to play my podcast episode lol.

Whether it be about my current log, upcoming cutting cycle compounds and plans, my new career and my battle with mental health and how i pulled myself out of the gutter and how amazing im feeling and doing right now! Its all on the table the guys know i am an open book, i would love to share my ups and downs with everyone.

Sooo where in the hell have i been ?

I worked in the restaurant industry for the last 20+ years, my body was so accustomed with one sleep schedule, one work schedule and one way of living for those 20 years.

Recently as in about 4 weeks ago, i made a huge life changing decision and completely changed my line of work, i traded in clean hands and food, for dirty hard working blue-collar, as you can imagine this was a complete shock for my body and my mind.

Waking up at 3am putting in 10hr days my body just wanted to crash consistently every single day, i stepped away for a while to let my body adjust with my new career and lifestyle, this wasn't easy at all, at first it was rough and felt i got the shit kicked out of me.

Getting up and grinding while the majority are still in bed sleeping, i load and unload products for 10hrs a day, sometimes im pushing big poly carts with wheels that weigh between 500-1000lbs repeatedly, ontop of that im squating bending and lifting all day long.

I also on average depending on what facilities im at, im walking between 5-7 miles a day 4 days a week, so im putting in some serious cardiovascular work.

I just couldn't burn the candle at both ends and work out and work my job the way i needed to do so, i had to fully commit and lock into my work and career till i adjusted.

I took a few photos of me today after my workout, i made sure the top photos in the collage are the old ones, the new ones i took today are me in the green shorts and on the bottom of the collage.

Also somehow I stayed strong as ever didnt skip a beat, hit 300lb trap bar shurgs for reps today, 300lb cable row for reps today, overall i fucking crushed it for my first session back, i just kept telling myself all you got to do is believe, i repeatedly said it in my head today while i worked out after my shift.

Apparently everyone in the gym was worried about me as well because people kept asking me where ive been and if im ok lol. Im kind of a really small deal at my gym lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜…

I think everyone is going to be absolutely shocked when they see where i was and where i am now with my photos size wise.

@Noah Wixx I really like the equipment you are using. You're using a lot of cool stuff and I like the gym that you're at. Looks like it's very old school and the iron looks really good.

Push day went excellent i feel like i havent lost a step and in all actuality retained strength and slightly increased it. I feel as though my job now being physical and more blue-collar has helped alot in retaining and improving my strength.

Today i had to unload 18 poly carts with wheels at 2 stops today, the box truck is 28ft long i had it stacked 3 carts left to right from the front of the box all the way to the back of the box.

The majority of these carts weighed 300-400lbs and i had to push and pull two ply carts at a time from the fron of the factory into the back, then take the old used carts weighing the same amount of lbs back to the front of the factory and load them on the truck, drive back to the plant and then unload them for the day.

Besides all the walking i definitely got my physical workout in today.

Woke up at 3am and put in 12hrs today on the job, adjustment is coming along, still a work in progress, the hardest part is staying awake after work and not instantly falling a sleep after sitting down or laying down, sometimes i cant help it, its getting a little better each week, just some days its exhausting work.

In the end its very rewarding and i enjoy it and its got me motivated and driven and helped shape my mindset in a more positive direction.

I also am still able to train at a very high level so things are coming along and im happy about that, never thought a physical job would be a blessing for the gym and trianing.

@Noah Wixx It's always nice to get in a nice pushing split. Especially considering you have a very physical job. It's definitely a good sign that you're still strong.

This week was a hard 40hrs every route i had was really heavy delivers with alot of walking mixed in, definitely earned that paycheck this week.

I dont know how i had this in me, i did 13 movements and instead of 3 sets i added in a 4th set for the majority of my lifts.

I did alot of volume which really tested me on a mental level, quit is not in my vocabulary so i dug deep and get it done.

I found myself battling my mind as i was really tired and run down, i had two options leave my gym shorts and t shirt at home or take them, i knew if i packed them id feel guilty if i didn't get to the gym, so i left myself no excuses or options.

I worked 11hrs i dragged myself into that gym and i fucking went all out and most certainly left it all in the gym for pull day.

I was pleasantly surprised the gym now had dumbbells that go up to 140lbs, so naturally i had to start small and tried the 105lb and 110lb dumbbells, those one arm bent over rows took so much out kf me, man i felt strong and the pump was fantastic, seemed like everything was on point last night, activation, pump and mind muscle connection all connected together.

I really am starting to think this physical job is pushing my mind and pushing my body into places and gears i never knew i had in me, i never thought i could work hard labor for 11 hrs and somehow still push my mind and body, im discovering alot about breaking limitations, in some ways i feel being physical all day and moving around is warming up and activating my body to the point that when i step into that gym im locked in and focused.

The most important part im having fun again and motivated to get after it.

I really tested myself today with push day i just wanted to see what was possible, my first 4 sets i did volume and any set of 5 you see was me going as strong as i could possibly go, i wanted every rep to be a damn dog fight it couldn't come easy i wanted to feel the struggle in my mind and my body on those sets after exhausting it, i needed to know what is possible when you wont quit and cant quit on yourself.

I heard in a speech today, quitting ways ounces, regret ways tons, you dont ever want to look back and think if i would have just done this or if i would have stuck this out.. man how great could i have been one day... now its to late and that day has pasted on by. I dont want to be that person when im older one day and have regret with this jounery and in this life.

I had mutiple points today i wanted to quit and battled my mind... i kept telling myself my purpose and my journey outweighs quitting, if i quit now i will quit elsewhere and then it becomes a pattern then the excuses start happening. My fight goes much deeper than i can physically explain, i just have this feeling that pulls at me when im trianing and locked in that wont let me down, i always find i can push even one rep more, by any means finding a way is what makes champions in this life.

I hit 105lb dumbbell bench today and they are alot heavier than i thought as this was my first attempt i had 5 hard reps, in the end i got it done and didnt quit, when i went to lay back and kick them things up...i was like fuck i dont know if i can loft these... i said fuck that you unracked them your here, you have nk choice press this weights till failure, what kind of person would i be if i quit because i let doubt creep in... so pressed them we did for 5 reps.

I felt it appropriate with sharing four quotes that resonate with me deeply and how im viewing my jounery, ive opened up so much on the last few evo podcasts. I finally am starting to figure myself out. I have fully let out into the world my traumas my pain everything that held me back, how i am utilizing this for my return into the gym and getting my jounery back on track.

I find it absolutely necessary i put myself through hell in the gym how else will i find what i truly am capable if i do not do that ? The majority of you know my style by now and being soft/comfortable/easy is not in my nature. I created a program i was absolutely obsessed with perfectionism when making it.

I set myself up for success because the way i see this i cant lose i dont lose i do what is required and then push past what is required for reaching a new level of discomfort, i do this because this just isn't about growing muscle this is about absolutely suffering in my mind first and foremost. I know in my heart it must be this way as the mind will quit before the body ever can or will, this jounery isnt about just muscle its about looking myself in the mirror and asking myself did i do enough could i do more ? Can i push past all limits and find a new gear i can shift into in my life outside and inside the gym.

This program sets me up for not only living in hell and being uncomfortable forcing growth in all aspects, it also makes it so if i miss leg day i can still grow my legs and progress with two days if i somehow cant hit the third day.

I set this up in a way i work legs all 3 days so either way im hitting them bare minimum twice a week, i split it up to make it more attainable to complete, this is the most indepth program ive ever taken on in my life.

The goal was blance as much as possible and not leave any body part behind hit everything in shuch a way i force growth regardless and have to go into shuch a dark place in my mind utilizing my past traumas to bring the best sides out of me and never quit on myself.

I have alot of super sets in this program i have bare minimum 15-17 movements in my workout days from upper body into lower body plus abs and calf work as finishers each day.

Keep in mind this tonight was my first workout back in what a month or a little over since i crashed my estrogen, i went as hard as i could. I got half way through it after legs and felt like i wanted to puke i was drained... i had two choices tell myself it was good enough you took alot of time off, or as the quote above outlined, Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done". I dont lose and i dont quit on myself, i finsh the work i start, so regardless of battling my mind and wanting to puke... i finished this hellish program in its entirety, my growth doesnt care about my feelings whats tired anyway, id rather complete this then leave the gym a loser.

I will post my first day back today as well as the rest of my program days so everyone can get an idea of how insane this program actually is lol, i never claimed i was a sain person just a driven one lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜„

My goal is inspiring others no matter how new you are with working out or bettering the life jounery you are currently on, my goal is to show you anything is possible if you just believe you can and are willing to put in the work for earning what you truly believe you can set out and achieve.

I know we are all struggling with things in life that we dont talk about, even if you remain silent if just reading this helps you i hope it gives you you the spark needed just to start believing its possible, its all possible.πŸ’ͺ πŸ™

Anything with a 🌟 are main lifts for the day.

The R and number after represent the reps for each set as well as the lbs lifted for each set, i have tons of variation on rep ranges and sets.

I laid everything out in a format easy for following including supersets and finisher work at the end of the workout as well as pre and post cardio.

Calories currently are as follows
3,500 a day
300g protein
400+ g of carbs
100g fat

majority of my calories with my job and work schedule will consist of 4 scoops utant mass gainer shake which is 2,200 calories on its own with 126g protein and 404g carbs im splitting the shakes out throughout the day.

The last 1,300 calories will consist of real food chicken thighs, lean ground beef, almond butter, avocados, broccoli keeping it basic and simple, as many of you know its hard to eat 7 meals a day, this is just a specialized approach so i can trian and grow at a high level and attain the goals im after.

Ive done a complete reset with vitamins and minerals, fish oil, enzymes, probiotics N2SlynX greens powder and creatine.

So far today ive had atleast 100 ounces of water taking supplement along with my 2 scoops of mass gainer so far.

I have to re up on N2Guard so i can incorporate that again at some point.

Im done telling myself i dont feel good or i cant or next week, this is my resurgence back into the fold.

So far ive had 2,060 calories not much left to go for the night, 3 scoops of my mass gainer 2 avocado cups and 2tbsps of almond butter.

I pulled a ton of chicken thighs that im cooking on sunday so i can eat a proper diet from here on out, for day one this will work with what i got.

I apologize for the lack of updates and being around i had to figure out my crushed E2 and why i felt like i had the flu without actually being sick, it was literally hell since my previous update, i think coach and i got it figured out and im doing alot better and if i can workout like this and maintain it, i think we are back on track.

Enjoy the update everyone πŸ’ͺ Wixx

I felt it appropriate with sharing four quotes that resonate with me deeply and how im viewing my jounery, ive opened up so much on the last few evo podcasts. I finally am starting to figure myself out. I have fully let out into the world my traumas my pain everything that held me back, how i am utilizing this for my return into the gym and getting my jounery back on track.

A prepared mind craves the worst conditions because it knows that pressure brings out its best and exposes almost everyone else. - David Goggins

Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done". - David Goggins

Don't focus on what you think you deserve. Take aim at what you are willing to earn!" – David Goggins

At first, when you push beyond your perceived capability your mind won’t shut the fuck up about it. It wants you to stop so it sends you into a spin cycle of panic and doubt, which only amplifies your self-torture. But when you persist past that to the point that pain fully saturates the mind, you become single-pointed. The external world zeroes out. Boundaries dissolve and you feel connected to yourself, and to all things, in the depth of your soul.

@domestic-supply.com

David Goggins

Today was pull day despite my 17 movement workout a few days prior i felt really good and ready for getting after it.

Coach let me know for now back off the intensity let my body build back up into the level i was previously at, so for now going forward over the next few weeks that's what i will be doing, working my way up into the higher volume program i designed.

Coach doesn't want an easily preventable injury occuring so for now its PPL lite version. Overall i felt really good on this pull day.

Post Cardio 10 minutes

PULL weekly volume:
Back: 9
Rear delts: 3
Biceps: 5

Here are some non pump photos before i hit the weights current weight is 235lbs at 5'11

I also prepped some chicken thighs last night no oil or anything used just some salt and pepper baked in the oven.

Incorporating the mass shakes i dont need to make a ton of food just what i need to round out the rest of the calories for the day.

Also caves not looking half bad πŸ˜€

I truly believe my coach adding in pull ups along with me always doing some variation of rows has helped alot with bafk width.

Today was more about testing the functionality of my knee and overall how i would feel through each movement today.

The aim wasn't heavy or tons of volume, today was getting back into the rack and learning how to squat again and see if i could even do it. I kepy it super lite, testing full dept, pause in the hole and the ascending up through the movement.

I can confidently report with the addition of NPP at 50mg a week along side my 300mg of test no AI as we've been working on getting estrogen back up. All movements felt super fluid and comfortable zero knee pain.

I must say im pleasantly surprised how well NPP even at 50mg has been working for my joints, each week with each injection i feel better and better.

Even outside of the gym i hardly experience any joint or knee soreness or pain, its pretty fascinating even if its temporary while i run NPP.

@Noah Wixx Nice to see that your calves are really getting bigger. You definitely train your legs and also it's good to see you still have your hair.

Bros. One of the things I like about you is how hard you hit on your leg day. You embrace leg day. You're not scared of it like a lot of people. @Noah Wixx
