tb500 and bpc for faster recovery

Looking for some tips on TB 500 and BPC for faster recovery the TB 500. I want to use is about 10 mg a week and then the BPC. I would like to use it 1 mg every other day. Do you think this is a good setup? I don’t want to waste my money. I want faster recovery and I want to be able to train 7 days a week.
 
This is the proper protocol for these peptides
BPC157-500mcg/daily
TB500-5mg/wk

This is not a good idea. It's called overtraining. 4-5 days/wk is all you need. Recovery is a huge factor in growth. Peptides do not make up for overtraining. Pretty sure i've told you this already along with others on EVO.
 
BPC is an excellent option. I like it at 250 mcg per day. It's really good and works great.
 
Oral BPC is good for your gut health. It also can help with inflammation. And then adding TB 500 is also a good option.
 
Great job guys a lot of good recommendations above I will add you really need to give it a solid 4 months to see the best results out of these.
