Hi
This is my first post not sure if in the right forum so please forgive me


I’m 49 and using test for the first time in my life, I’m in my Third week being 350mg plus .5 masteron for every 1 m of test

Is this correct?, and what should a cycle look like?, weeks? Pyramid etc

Hard to find info so if you could help it would be appreciated greatly
 
Hard fo find info, there's literally thousands of google search results for cycles and hundreds of logs here of other people cycling 🤷‍♂️

and your only just asking what to do in week 3?

Stop immediately, do research and know what your doing brother before jumping in the fucking deep end without a life jacket.
I just found this site as google seemed to be a mind field and I wanted to hear it from people that have lived it so to speak but I find this as a reply, have you got any suggestions other than the above please

@Average aussie no its not correct on the cycle dude

the issue here is we dont know jack about you
like imagine giving medical advise and you know nothing about person thats bad right

what we need is for you to share with us your LOG journal asap right now in a NEW thread
just put up training diet sleep supps cycle and history and we guide you during this cycle as the EF fam
takes 15-20min to get up and 5min to update

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My testosterone masteron cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

bro 350mg of test and masteron good for first cycle sure. i'm a big lover of tren though. i think to make a man you gotta get on tren

no point in pyramiding gear. they have esters already. so you want to stick to the proper dose and do it the right way
