how to use winstrol + equipoise for recomp

a friend of mine recommended I try winstrol and equipoise to recomp. I’m training 4x a week, around 175 pounds and 5’7’’
I want to do them together for 12 weeks.
What would you recommend I do?
Should I go with more winstrol or more EQ? And how long should I run them unless you think 12 weeks is long enough.

winstrol is 50mgs ed and eq 200mgs/week with 200mgs test bro
thats the mix you want

When using winstrol you need to consider pip. Pip is post injection pain.

For body recomposition you can consider
Testosterone enanthate 200mg a wk Split dose
Boldenone undecylenate 300mg a wk Split dose
Tesamorelin 1mg am empty stomach

Bros it's actually a good stack but I would do 300 mg of equipoise

one of the things you can do here is swap out the Winstrol for VAR
