So I’m currently doing a three-day split
I’m mixing up my workouts but for the most part I stick to push/pull/legs
but I will do some other exercises on certain days too.
I want to switch it up now that I am going on a big steroid cycle.
What do you recommend I try instead to maximize my cycle?
