best way to run sarms for recomp

I want to do a recomp cycle
a friend recommended I do gw501516 and lgd 4033
he said to do 20 mg of each for 4 weeks then increase the dose on both to 25 mg a day for another 4 weeks and he said I should get some really good results from that
my stats are 5 + 7 177 lbs and I’m 25 years old
do you think this is a good plan based on what I’m looking for?

for recomp you dont need lgd
you need rad140 20mgs with cardarine 20mgs and n2guard for organs
