Training 30 years. Cycle history has been mainly injectables, Test, Deca, EQ,
Winstrol and Primo combinations.

Next Cycle (12 weeks)

Weeks 1-8
750mg Test C wk (MWF)
600mg Primo wk (MWF)
Anavar 350mg wk (50mg ED)

Weeks 9-12
750mg Test C wk (MWF)
600mg Primo wk (MWF)
Drop Anavar after week 8
Add Superdrol week 9-12, 210mg wk (30mg ED)

Cardio is Peloton Bike and 1 hour hill walks

Sleep could be better, I will not BS about that!

This is a cutting cycle. Maintenance calories are 3500per day. I am targeting 200-300 calorie deficit daily.
Diet is 90-10 clean. No sugar no alcohol. 300 grams+ protein daily. Carb cycling , Heavy, Moderate, and light/none

training, you shared overall training its good but please share actual exercises reps sets and weights
diet, general diet is fine but we need to see actual meals and foods as you eat them so we can track
cardio put that up
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
