Tren side effect discomfort - histamine?

Hi guys - I took the plunge with tren ace, adding it to my TRT. I'm taking the necessary ancillaries, and taking it slow with the ramp up.

I'm on the second day of 30mg/day. I'm getting hayfever type symptoms such as sore eyes, breathing difficulties, sneezing, and intolerance to histamine foods. I can't find any medical studies on the issue, but some conjecture that tren increases histamine release. Does anyone know more on this? I guess histamine would explain the raft of sides from acid reflux, to drops in cardio and reports of rashes.

Even at a low dose, I can see what people have been talking about with tren being a different ball game. But I'm thinking it's a no for me.

Are the sides so bad that you are thinking you do not want to run it? You may find that after a couple weeks the sides dissipate as your body adapts. Right now you are dealing with hormonal fluctuations, when thy stabilize you may find the side effects subside. Might wanna stick it out for a few weeks to see if that is the case.

It's the histamine connection that's got me weary enough to consider dropping it. I had histamine problems in the past, and stopped tolerating most foods. It got so bad I lost tons of weight and lost all appetite. I take SAMe 3 x daily to keep histamine low, so I'm just wanting to nip any serious histamine issues again. But I hear what you're saying about possible stabilisation. Trouble is, if you're histamine prone, innocuous food reactions keep the histamine cup overflowing for ages in my experiences. Even millet is setting me off now, avocados, cottage cheese, you name it. Just unlikely on this one, I think.

Bear with me as I am not familiar with this condition but it sounds like a really problematic issue to have to0 deal with. I mean would something as simple as say taking ketotifen daily at night before bed manage such an issue? Its a pretty powerful anti histamine and mast cell stabilizer thus my curiosity....

Thanks bud. The only thing with anti - histamines is that they ultimately make sensitivity worse and mask other histamine problems. This is all the cause of mercury poisoning, which I've still got a bit of treatment to clear. It messes with your methylation cycle, which you need to metabolise histamine. It's becoming a more debilitating condition for people, mainly because Dr's don't understand anything about methylation and certainly don't respect the underlying causes. I've just got to be careful for now.

Exactly - chelation treatment so far with ALA + DMSA every 2 1/2 hours round the clock, for up to 12 days at a time. It's hard going, but without it life would have been over for me. I was housebound, 120Ibs in weight, etc. It was ugly. No-one should have amalgams in my opinion, and when they say don't eat more than 2 tins of tuna per week, it's good advice. Not everyone will come unstuck, though; it depends on your genetics linked to the methylation cycle, and whether you're good at making glutathione in the liver. I'm not great on both counts.
