    5 years of training and need changes

    I’m curious because I have been training for 5 years. My training has been all over the place. I’ve done 3, 4, 5 day splits. I’ve also done certain training where I have been pushing 200+ pounds on my big lifts for 20+ reps. What is a good strategy to change things up in the future?
