    I’m looking to do tirzepatide 2.5mgs a week for 20 weeks I want to lose some weight. Plan on eating solid and pushing myself with cardio I’m currently 225lbs and my goal is to get to 200 or under. And I’m 51 years old any tips on how much I can run maximum? Or is 2.5mgs a week a good dose for me?
