I’m 23 years old and I’m looking to bulk up I’m 5’7” 145 lbs and have been skinning all my life I can barely do more than 1 or 2 pull-ups that’s how weak I am I would like to get bigger and I would like to get stronger what are your thoughts on lgd and rad 20 mg a day for 8 weeks?
