    300g protein a day not well

    I’m not doing well on 300g protein a day like yesterday I had 3 protein shakes, a steak, a burger, chicken, and some other protein on top. Came out to 300g on the dot. But my stomach does not feel well at all doing this type of diet. Any advice as to how I can digest this easier?
