female looking to harden up on steroids
Recently lost about 40 lb, from 160 lb to 120 lb as a female. The problem is I'm very fluffy and I have a lot of loose skin. I would like to tighten things up. What would be a good option for me to run? I'm 48 years old, five foot five- zaisfer
