no gym for a month only one dumbell!
Im out of town for a month for a mission and im stuck in the middle of no where. I tried to look for a gym i could go to but there is absolutely nothing. I was lucky enough to find ONE 40 lb dumbell in the attic. I dont want to stop training for a month so what can i do with one dumbell? I know...- yoyogobbler
