I've been on my health/ fitness journey for 2 1/2 years now and still haven't figured out how stick with what works for me.
When I began this journey I was 203lbs and the lowest I have gotten was 187lbs.
My starting body fat percentage when I began documenting it was at 34%. The lowest I have ever gotten it was 31% and have been fluctuating up since then.
I'm all about finding the proper healthy life style that fits me and I've tried just about everything. I always tend to fall off the wagon.
I love researching, learning and trying new things. Even though I'm 30 years old, I love playing video games (that's what happens being the only girl growing up). And I just basically seek a fitter, firmer body and now I'm up in age of course a healthier me.
