6 ‘2’’ 188 pounds I got up to 220 lb a few years ago but have leaned out since. The muscle isn't there the way it used to be. I'm now in my early 40s would like to get back some of that loss muscle memory but I also want to cut down a bit to Would GW cardarine and LGD4033 be a good stack for me?
