So many updates but everything is going so well. Slimming down/recomping very nicely. Last week was a very busy week, averaged about 20k steps per day. Even still, my strength in the gym didn't seem to be impacted at all, it went up. I feel amazing. Here is my training from last week Monday...

Your tirz has been a life saver for sure. This recomp is going very well so far and i don't even have any food brain. Getting leaner but bigger by the day, and stronger too i might add.
