dunno if this helps but i started at fatty 187, did not gain/lose any weight during this period, which i was like wth, but went from flabby to more deffinition/sculpted and a little more mass but weight remained constant 185-187. I'm now at 175 after a month off of it.

yeah overall though it was not anything like through the roof amazing. overall i just became more defined/sculpted, arms increased from 15in to 16in, only part i measured at the end. so stevesmi does that mean i might not be in deep shit as i might be because the thing i was taking wasn't tren...
