Implemented Mots-C for the first time this week & all i can say is wow!
Immediately noticed a huge change in drive, i wanted to lift all the weights and do all the cardio! ⚡⚡

Yes sir.
Test levels are shocking but as per coaches advice waiting till im much leaner before implementing.
Other than that everything was surprisingly ok except cholesterol which we'll get re-check soon.
