best way to use fasting to cut down
got myself out of shape over the last few years I’m currently 250 lbs and I would like to lose about 50 lbs and get down under 200 I’m 5’9” and I’m 35 years old what is the best way to use fasting to help me cut down something that’s realistic as I’ve never done it before- WiaNas29
