female anavar 5mgs too low?
Looking for your advice as a female? How much Anavar would be a good dosage for me. I’m looking to put on lean muscle mass and more strength. I’m currently benching around 85 lbs. I would like to push over 100 lbs. I’m 5’5”, 135 lbs and about 20% body fat.- Wiaksoe
